- Sprinkle ribs on both sides with Spicy BBQ Rub and rub in.
- Wrap ribs in tin foil and let sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Start the grill. When heated, place the ribs in tin foil and cook about 45 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce with Chili Jam to use for basting.
- When ribs are tender, baste top side with sauce and cook 5 minutes.
- Flip ribs, baste other side with sauce, and cook 5 minutes.
